Touching the Sky

From loneliness and isolation to connection and rediscovering play, TOUCHING THE SKY follows the transformation rising from the community and practice of Acro Yoga. The film intimately follows Chris, a blind man healing from the scars of an isolated childhood, as he discovers a new life enriched with playful connections. Through his heartfelt journey, Chris overcomes past wounds, embraces touch, and finds purpose within the lives of others around him as he and his newly discovered acro yoga community regain a lost sense of play and togetherness.

A diverse cast in age, ability, and experience show how Acro Yoga can help us grow, heal, and touch the sky in all of us. Audiences will hear from leading medical experts on how Acro Yoga can have a positive impact on mental and physical wellbeing, all while promoting a sense of fun and belonging.
