This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you visit our website, www.napavalleystreamfest.com (the “Site”), and use our services, such as ticket purchases, subscriptions, and other festival-related activities.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information from you in several ways when you visit our Site or interact with our services:

Personal Information: When you subscribe, purchase tickets, or fill out forms, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information (such as credit card details), and any other information you provide.

Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring website, and pages viewed. This information is collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.

Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site, not your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through Google Analytics with personal information.

Opt-Out: Google Analytics is part of the Analytics category in Your Privacy Choices, where you can turn it off. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Ticketing Analytics (AXYN)

We use AXYN to sell tickets. When you view or start buying passes on our Passes page, and only while Analytics is allowed under Your Privacy Choices, AXYN may receive pseudonymous analytics data: a random id kept in your browser (for the browser tab, or for up to 30 days), the address of the page you arrived on including its campaign details (with anything that looks like personal information removed), the host name of the site that sent you here, whether you are on a phone or a computer, your approximate country and region (worked out from your browser’s time zone, or from the postal code you enter if you buy; your IP address is not used for this), the event, the checkout steps you reach, and the ticket types you choose. If you buy, it can be linked to your order so we can count how many visits end in a purchase.

It is used only to provide checkout analytics to Napa Valley StreamFest. It is not used by AXYN to advertise to you or sell your data. AXYN does not set cookies for this; the random id is kept in your browser’s storage. Turning Analytics off, or browsing with Global Privacy Control turned on, means nothing is sent and any stored id is removed. See AXYN’s privacy policy for more.

6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Your Privacy Choices

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) on our Site. They fall into three categories:

• Necessary: Needed for the Site and ticket checkout to work, and to remember your privacy choices. These are always on.
• Analytics: Help us understand how guests find and use our Site and ticketing so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics (section 4) and AXYN (section 5).
• Advertising: We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to show StreamFest ads to people who have visited our Site. Meta receives information such as the pages you view, your browser and device details, and, if you buy, the value of your order.

How we ask. If you are visiting from outside the United States, Analytics and Advertising stay off until you choose to allow them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you are visiting from the United States, they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. We estimate where you are from your browser’s time zone; this is not sent to us or stored.

Changing your choices. Use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page to turn Analytics or Advertising on or off. Your choice is saved in your browser, so you will need to set it again on another browser or device, or if you clear your browser data. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work as a result.

Opting out of targeted advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, including California’s, using an advertising pixel may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, turn Advertising off under Your Privacy Choices.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: Analytics and Advertising are turned off for that browser and are not loaded.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process ticket purchases, subscriptions, and other transactions;
• Communicate with you about Napa Valley StreamFest Presented by Northbay Health updates, promotions, and events;
• Personalize your experience on the Site;

8. Ticket Sales and Payment Information

When you purchase tickets through our Site, your payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card details.
