Accessibility at StreamFest
Everyone is welcome at StreamFest, and we aim to create an inclusive experience for all. We’re constantly working to break down barriers and make the festival accessible to the broadest audience possible.

Accommodation Requests
We will do our best to fulfill requests, but services cannot be guaranteed for late submissions. If you're an invited guest, please coordinate your accommodation needs with your StreamFest contact, who will connect you with our Accessibility Team.

Accessibility Badge
Our Accessibility Badge grants access to designated seating, ADA entrances, and more. To request one, email us at accessibility@napavalleystreamfest.com. Please note that attendees must pick up badges in person with a valid photo ID.

Companion Access
We offer Companion Wristbands for those who require assistance not provided by StreamFest. Companions can join the badge holder without purchasing a separate badge. Both the badge holder and companion must present ID when picking up credentials. Please contact us in advance for approval.

Service Animals
StreamFest welcomes ADA-recognized service dogs that are trained to assist individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals are not permitted. If you are bringing a service dog, please register it with us beforehand to receive a Service Animal tag.
