TALIA LIGHT RAKE is an LA born, Brooklyn based writer-director and the founder of Heavy Shovel Productions, a production company and filmmaker community of 100k+ creatives. A 2023 Film Independent Fast Track Fellow and NYU Development Lab Fellow, her work has screened nationally including at Mill Valley Film Festival and The American Cinematheque's PROOF. She has produced for Sundance, Tribeca, and New York Fashion Week.
